How fast is same-day delivery?
Most same-day deliveries within Nairobi are completed within hours, depending on distance, traffic and pickup time.
What items can I send?
Documents, parcels, retail items and personal goods. For fragile or special items, select the appropriate delivery method when you place the order.
Do you serve businesses?
Yes. We offer business deliveries, bulk orders, scheduled pickups and recurring delivery solutions.
How do I pay?
Payments are made securely through the Dropoint app. Supported payment options are displayed during checkout.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Real-time tracking and delivery updates are available in the app from pickup through to confirmation.
How do I open a business account?
Register on the app or contact our sales team to set up credit terms and API access.
What if a delivery fails?
Our courier will attempt re-delivery and notify you. Failed-delivery handling follows the SLA on your account.
