Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery in Nairobi, done today.
Send it in the morning, have it there by afternoon. Dropoint matches every order to the right vehicle and shows you the price before you confirm.
Some deliveries can't wait for a next-day slot, a contract that has to reach a client before close of business, a document that needs signing today, a gift that has to land before the day ends. Dropoint's same-day delivery covers Nairobi with walkers, bikes and cars, and dispatches the order as soon as you confirm it.
Every order is matched to the vehicle that fits it: a walker for documents moving within the CBD, a bike for a parcel crossing town, a car when the item is bulky or the weather turns. You see the fare before the courier is dispatched, and you can follow the delivery on the map from pickup to confirmation.

How fast is same-day delivery?
Most same-day deliveries within Nairobi are completed within hours, depending on distance, traffic and pickup time.
Which vehicle will deliver my item?
Dropoint assigns the vehicle to the order, not the other way round, typically a walker for CBD documents, a bike for cross-town parcels, and a car for bulkier or fragile items.
What items can I send?
Documents, parcels, retail items and personal goods. For fragile or special items, select the appropriate delivery method when you place the order.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Real-time tracking and delivery updates are available in the app from pickup through to confirmation.
