Terms of Use
The basis on which we accept an order, what we will and won't carry, and where responsibility sits.

The service
Dropoint arranges same-day delivery and errand services in Nairobi by matching your order to a courier on our network. We act as the platform arranging that carriage.
Placing an order
You are responsible for the accuracy of the pickup and drop-off details you provide, and for describing the contents of a package accurately. Incorrect details may delay a delivery or make it impossible to complete.
The fare shown before you confirm is the fare that applies to that order, subject to the details you gave being accurate.
Prohibited items
You may not send anything illegal, hazardous, perishable beyond the delivery window, live, or restricted under Kenyan law. Cash, firearms and controlled substances are not accepted.
We may refuse or abandon a job where the contents turn out to be prohibited, and you remain liable for the fare.
Failed deliveries
If a recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt re-delivery and notify you. Handling of failed deliveries follows the service level on your account. Repeated failed attempts may incur an additional fare.
Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to an item is limited to the amount stated in your account terms. High-value items should be declared when the order is placed so that appropriate cover applies.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, civil disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Payment
Consumer orders are paid through the app at the time of booking. Business accounts may be invoiced on agreed credit terms.
